When it comes to the health and well-being of your skin, we believe natural beauty products should always be the first choice. Our skin absorbs any topical products we use, yet many products contain chemicals and preservatives that don’t have any real benefits. That’s why we decided to use only natural ingredients our body can easily process, rather than harsh, potentially toxic chemicals.
Our all-natural products prove that fewer unnecessary ingredients leads to visible results. We produce a limited quantity of our products, developed with just a handful of effective ingredients. Our products do have a limited shelf life due to lack of unnecessary chemicals, preservatives, dyes or synthetic fragrances. Whether you have dry, normal or problem skin, we can find a product that works best for you and your lifestyle.
WHERE WE STARTED
Acara Skincare was born out of opportunity. In 2013, Founder Mary Matarazzo was teaching yoga at a wellness center with shea butter lotion the entire community adored. The center closed but the owner gave Mary 50 lbs of this magical Shea Butter. She then began making products she loved and wanted herself, eventually selling it at Farmers Markets. Acara Skincare was born.
The Acara Skincare team began experimenting with the many uses of CBD in their products to expand into many private labels clients. Acara Hemp was formed in 2019 as a dedicated custom line of CBD skincare and wellness products.
Mary is inspired to create natural products for internal and external use. She put a heavy focus on hemp packaging that can go back into the earth, made from the same plant that goes into her unique products.
